Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Macclesfield is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Macclesfield and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information.
All treatment requests are subject to a clinical assessment completed by our GPhC registered pharmacist. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist will assess your responses, medical history, and suitability before approving any medication.
Prescriptions are issued solely at the professional discretion of our pharmacist. We may request additional information, refer you to your GP, or decline to prescribe where it is not clinically appropriate to do so. You must inform us of any changes to your health or medication between orders.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will only be processed after you have completed and submitted your consultation. If your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We do not store card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering; we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately at our registered email address. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have concerns about patient safety or the accuracy of information provided.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace the care of your GP or other healthcare professionals. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our clinic.
Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and to contact us or seek urgent medical attention if you experience adverse effects.
We handle all personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please contact us via our registered email address to exercise your data rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
